If you meet Drive-To-Work’s eligibility guidelines and wish to apply, please send Drive-To-Work:

• A completed and signed application

• Your Certified Driver History and your Compliance Summary from Virginia DMV
• We can obtain these records for you if you complete the form using either of the 2 options below, and pay $20.00.
• Click here to submit your request DMV Information Request Online

• Click here for printable DMV Information Request form (CRD-93)
  download and print the DMV form, complete and sign the "Subject" section and send it to us along with $20.00 (money order or check)
• Two recent paycheck stubs (or other evidence of financial resources)
  

Case Evaluation

When we receive your application and DMV records, we will schedule an appointment with you and give you a fee estimate.

We will recommend a plan of action to restore your driving privileges based on your situation.

You will sign a client agreement authorizing our attorneys to represent you. At that time, you will pay an administrative fee based on the facts of your case.


Limitations

If an applicant has no job and no other source of funds for reinstatement fees, insurance, driver improvement or VASAP classes, payment plans, etc., it will be difficult to complete the process of restoring driving privileges.
