How To Apply

If you meet Drive-To-Work’s eligibility guidelines and wish to apply, please send Drive-To-Work:

• A completed and signed application

• Click here for Printable Application (PDF)
• Your Certified Driver History and your Compliance Summary from Virginia DMV
• Click here for DMV Information Request (CRD-93)
• We can obtain these records for you and the amount of fines and costs you may owe if you complete and sign the “Subject” section and send us $15.00 (money order or check).
• Two recent paycheck stubs (or other evidence of financial resources)
  

Case Evaluation

When we receive your application and DMV records, we will schedule an appointment with you.

We will recommend a plan of action to restore your driving privileges based on your situation.

You will sign a retainer agreement authorizing one of our attorneys to represent you. At that time, you will pay an administrative fee based on the facts of your case.

Limitations

We are presently unable to accept applications for services outside of Virginia or requiring appearances in courts outside the Central Virginia region.

If an applicant has no job and no other source of funds for reinstatement fees, insurance, driver improvement or VASAP classes, payment plans, etc., it will be difficult to restore driving privileges.
