Organization
Drive-To-Work is a Virginia non-profit, tax-exempt corporation formed in 2007. It is registered as a charitable organization with the Virginia Office of Consumer Affairs, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of Drive-To-Work has extensive experience in government and business. The Board provides oversight and guidance to Drive-To-Work on corporate issues, legislative matters, administrative and judicial procedures, corporate and foundation support and client needs.

Management and Case Services
O. Randolph Rollins is founder and president of Drive-To-Work. A retired partner of McGuireWoods, LLP, Mr. Rollins served as Virginia Secretary of Public Safety during the administration of Governor L. Douglas Wilder.
Mr. Rollins oversees the day-to-day operations of Drive-To-Work and handles individual cases for Drive-To-Work clients.
Financial Resources
Drive-To-Work receives financial support from individual and corporate contributions, grants from foundations and client administrative fees. These resources pay for administration and case management costs. Participating volunteer lawyers, paralegals and others contribute services pro bono.
